A Big Copycat from BreadTalk's version😁 And my girls SO love this for Breakfast.
Stack the ham and cheese at the 4 sides of a square slice of bread, creating a lobang in the centre. Then Crack in an egg. Bake at 180d.c. with top heat for 5mins. Done & Enjoy! ;-)

Sweet Creamed Corn Muffin aka Jagong Muffin
repeated bake :D Think I did this Sweet Creamed Corn Muffin last month... My 1st few attempts after my long bake-break.
Saw my bake-pal, evelyn posted her Jagong Muffin.... I replied, telling her I wanna make them again ;-) Nyx saw my reply to Eve on FB and she said "YES"!!! with that smile on her face =))
I added Oatmeal to my recipe this time... for a more filling breakfast munch ;-)
180g Self Raising Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla favoured Custard Powder
4 tbsp Quakers Instant Oatmeal
(sift flour and custard powder together. Mix in oatmeal)
120g Unsalted Butter
100g Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla essence
4 tbsp Cream Corn (those from can)
Preheat oven @ 180 degress celcius
Mix at highest speed, butter, sugar and egg+ vanilla essence for 10 mins
Add in cream corn and mix for about 1 minute
Fold in the flour mixture
I pour the cake mixture into a piping bag and fill up each cup till 3/4 full.
Lastly, top each cup mixture with 1 or 2 tsp scoop of cream corn (I think i topped with 1 tbsp this time )
Bake for 20 minutes. Switch to top heat and bake for further 5 mins.
Cool in pan for at least 10mins before taking them out of the muffin pan.
Make sure the muffins r completely cooled before u store them in a air-tight container. Before I serve, I will reheat in microwave for 8 seconds. Enjoy!

Baked Apple & Banana French Toast aka Bread Pudding
I had 4 very ripen banana sitting on the kitchen top... But I'm not going to eat them all in one shot... so I made this for Breakfast.
This is so Yummy!!! Me and my 2 girls r going to be VERY FAT PEOPLE soon :(
Ingredients:
1 small French Loaf
(Cut into 1-inch cubes and arrange in a bakable dish. I made 2 layers for this)
2 Apples
(Core and Cut into slices, soak in salt solution for a minute or so)
3 Bananas
(De-skin and slice them, brush some lemon juice+sugar over them)
3 eggs
150ml evaporated milk
1 small cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp brown sugar
(Whisk all those together)
Method:
Arrange a layer of bread cubes into a bakable dish
Spoon over a layer of egg mixture
Place a layer of banana and a few apple slices on top
Arrange another layer of bread cubes
Pour over the balance of the egg mixture
Arrange a layer Apple slices and the balance banana slices
Cover Well and chill in fridge for at least 4hrs or overnight.
When you wanna eat it, take the prepared Bread Pudding from the fridge and BAKE in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 1 hour =)
