Nobody here at home like the traditional type of moon cake.   So I made the agar agar version again.  This time using 龙眼干•红枣•枸杞子, brewed with honey.  💕💕

1 bottle 350ml Nutella
(I used only 1/2 bottle + 2 tbsp plain yogurt) becoz I only have 1/2 bottle left lor 😄😄😄
2 large eggs
Mix well
Sift in 100g Self-Raising Flour
Mix well again.
*optional: Top with Almond Flakes

Bake @180°c for 25-30mins
