Bread making using the Gelatinisation Method

Cranberry and Cheese Roll,  Topped with Almond Flakes.  Love the smell of Roti lingering around my house😉😆😊

1st time using the  Gelatinisation Method and am lovin' it😍💕🍞 Roti is Really Very Soft👍💖
